ICT Technologies & Services Limited is ISO 9001:2008 Certificated Improving the Overall Quality of Services

Since June 2013, ICT Technologies & Services limited has undertaken to incorporate with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards into our daily workflow. We successfully complete the stages of implementation, analysis and evaluation. It is our pleasure to announce that all our efforts has been verified by the ISO 9001:2008 certification that received on 1st November.

ISO 9001 is an international standard related to quality management, and is to assure the practices of work within a company are internationally recognized.

This acquisition of the certification represents our commitment to execute strategies in process approach, systematic management and fact-based decision-making. More importantly, it also reinforces our continual improvement process through feedback from our daily operations.

In the future, the company will continue to well implement the ISO standard, through an integrated customer satisfaction based mechanism, and improves product and service quality year after year.
